This book looks at mental illness from every single angle: the emotional, the psychological, the medical, and primarily the spiritual. In some cases we are plunged into the interior life of the severely depressed patient, at other occasions we are presented with a theological discussion of demon possession or suicide, and at other occasions we are introduced to the benefits and disadvantages of a variety of drugs and therapies. The book is filled with scriptures, hymns, prayers, practical suggestions, site addresses, and frightening descriptions of the feelings and hallucinations knowledgeable by a person with bipolar disorder. It is a brief book with not a wasted word. In fact, at instances I wished for a little even more. I wondered most of all if the author was able to discern why she created bipolar disorder. Was it a delayed reaction to traumatic events of her teenage years? Were there experiences in her earlier childhood that could have contributed? And is there any hope for a cure? The book does not try to draw these type of conclusions but rather focuses on ministering to the emotional and spiritual requires of the mentally ill. Got this CD given that I wanted the 'James Brown is Dead' cut on CD, and you can't find L.A Style's CD new anymore. (although highly suggested) What I got was a pretty excellent comp of highly danceable tunes from the early to mid 90's. This is not cutting edge stuff, but it IS stuff you still hear, and which will definitely sound familiar and get you moving.
'Rhythm is a Dancer' is probably the most widely heard track on the CD, followed by 'James Brown Is Dead' which is a classic. Some of the others are a lot more obscure even though, and I suspect Arista began grasping for straws to fill the entire CD up.
Recommended if you want just 1 CD of dance music that you can pop in the player when you need to have some high power. If you have a heartbeat, this is fairly significantly guaranteed to get you out of your chair.

I was genuinely looking forward to seeing somethnig seriously particular on the DVD, but the videos for "A Thousand Amazing Factors" and "Pavement Cracks" are a total letdown. "ATBT" is dubbed from the "Bare" album and contains no reside recording. "Computer" is even worse cos the audio naturally comes from the album and is playing via while Annie is just standing there moving her hand slightly, to the beat, and not singing much, but appearing to be performing a lot of "oooooooh" as you can tell, by the facial expressions she's making. "Little Bird" is a fun video and it is good to finally have it on DVD. Cannot fully grasp why it never ever appeared on Annie's "Totally Diva" video collection DVD.

Otherwise, get this deluxe edition, given that if you do not currently have at least the "Entirely Diva" DVD, at least you'll have most of the material from it, on this DVD now. Each DVDs are fine to have although, if you happen to be a true Annie collector.

I am not going to assessment the CD considering that there will be a lot of reviews for that on the single disc version page. This evaluation is strictly in regards to the packaging and bonus DVD on the limited edition 2 disc version.
